What Evermii is
Evermii provides an AI companion that remembers what you tell it. The companion is artificial intelligence. It is not a person, it has no consciousness, and it will tell you so if you ask.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you create an account.
What Evermii is not
Evermii is not a medical device, a mental health service, a crisis line, or a substitute for professional care of any kind. It cannot contact anyone on your behalf or summon help. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
It is also not a replacement for the people in your life, and it is not designed to become one.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Evermii to break the law, to harm anyone, to generate sexual content involving minors, or to attempt to access another user’s data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
Evermii is early software. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change. We will not intentionally delete your data without telling you.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from settings, and nothing about that process is designed to be difficult.
